Chef Seth Shaw’s interest in cooking started at a young age, baking cookies for his local church. Whenever asked, he insisted he wanted to be a chef when he grew up. In order to make his dreams a reality, Seth decided to come to PEI and attend the Culinary Institute of Canada. Having made some connections to Murphy Hospitality Group while in school, Seth returned to PEI after an internship in Florida. While furthering his cooking experience, he has worked in many kitchens across the company. He is happy to now bring his expertise to the Chef’s Table at the Brickhouse.
“I like working in an open kitchen because you can talk to the guests while their meal is being made. We take a lot of pride in being able to provide that experience.”
